Horizon Global Management & Integration, INC. (HGMI) supports M&A and PMI (Post Merger Integration) in the United States by Cultural Transformation of cross-border businesses. HGMI is not a broker but a business consultant advising and coaching clients in management and negotiation for the success of Post M&A. We will not require any commission for the M&A transaction but only charge a low-monthly fee before the closing of M&A. We will also support the PMI with a monthly fee, or a fee based on KPI such as profit and sales.
